We look forward to seeing you and your gymnasts at the 22nd Anniversary of the Spirit of the Flame® Challenge on Friday, February 28 – Sunday, March 2, 2025 at the 23,000+ Ultimate Sports Connection facility in Concord, CA..
We will have a separate Coaches’ area, food, and snacks. It is a great competition for the gymnasts and fun for the whole family, including a fun photo backdrop, vendors, and raffle prizes.
Make travel arrangements early.
Last year, our primary host hotel sold out in December! The first sessions will start at 8:00 am Friday morning and the last sessions will end around 8:00 pm Sunday. Your session assignments will become available just one month before the meet.
Plan for traffic on meet day.
If you’re not familiar with the area, please note that Bay Area traffic can be difficult. Check our transportation info and be sure to leave yourself enough time to be ready and on-site before each session.
Touch-Free Shout-Outs will be available.
You can celebrate your gymnast or the whole team with a $1 Shout Out Via Venmo during your athlete’s session. Our MC will read your shout out over the loudspeakers. Instructions are here.

We’re fortunate to have a venue so close to many attractions: the Silicon Valley, San Jose, San Francisco, Santa Cruz beaches and more. We hope that your team and their families will have an enjoyable weekend exploring the area — when not competing or cheering on teammates!
