Registration Info

Register with the USAG or NGA meet reservation system.  Entries close on December 10, 2021, or when the meet fills. There will be a limited number of entries.

Scratch deadline is December 10, 2021. Swaps available after the scratch deadline as the schedule allows.  All late entries and swaps not guaranteed to receive an event Leotard.

After the deadline, if there is space available, there will be a $10 accounting fee per gymnast.

Make all payments payable to Spirit of the Flame.

No Team Fees!

Entry fees include team awards.

Special Event!

2021 JO National Qualifiers and Elites receive free entry.

Referral Bonus

Refer a new team that competes at SOTF 2022 and you BOTH receive $50!

Refunds

No refunds after December 10 deadline. Substitutions only.

Credit card card processing fees cannot be refunded.

Rosters

Please email your current roster with all information ASAP.

For each athlete, include:

  • Athlete’s Full Name
  • USA Gymnastics or NGA: Athlete # and Club #
  • Birthdate
  • Level
  • GK Leo Size

Levels: Compulsory levels 2-5. Optional levels 6-10 or Elite. For Elites, enter EL for the Level. Xcel levels Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum.

Registration and all changes must be made through USAG or NGA. Enter all athletes through the USAG or NGA meet reservation system.

The Meet is currently full.  If you would like to be on the waitlist, please contact us.

PAY FEES

Use the downloadable form to calculate your registration fees. Complete payment online or mail in your form and payment.

SEND ROSTER WITH SIZES**

Send us a list of all registered gymnasts, their USAG or NGA#, level, birth date, and (GK) leo sizes. You may create your roster own form — it must include Leo sizes. Sizes child xs – adult xl ( Leo size chart here).

You can skip this step if you included leo sizes with your NGA registration.

After the cutoff date or if you have any registration issues, please email our meet director!

*  Log into USAG Member Services or NGA > Click “Club Administration ” > Click “Meet Reservation” > Click “Search for Competitions.”
Then, fill in pull down’s: “Select State” (California) and select “Spirit of the Flame 2022”

For SOTF payment and sizes, you may use your own forms.

 

** All athletes will be photographed.  Coaches are responsible for letting the Meet Director know if any of their athletes should not be photographed:
